The appearance, colour, equipment, and specifications of an actual vehicle may differ from the content displayed online. Vehicle availability is subject to change without prior notice. Any electric driving range, combined driving range, battery capacity, charging time, fuel consumption, acceleration, or performance figure displayed on our website is based on manufacturer information, testing standards, or estimated operating conditions. 5. Prices, Fees and Payments

Unless otherwise stated, vehicle prices displayed by Autorun are in UAE dirhams and include 5% VAT. Additional costs may apply, including registration fees, insurance, finance charges, delivery costs, optional accessories, extended warranty packages, service packages, vehicle customisation, and other government or third-party fees. The final purchase price and payment terms will be stated in the official quotation, sales agreement, invoice, or booking confirmation issued to the customer. Website prices and promotional prices may be changed or withdrawn without prior notice. A price is not considered final until it has been confirmed in writing by Autorun. Accepted payment methods and payment deadlines will be communicated during the reservation or purchasing process.

6. Vehicle Reservations and Deposits

A vehicle reservation is subject to availability, payment of the required deposit, and acceptance by Autorun. Unless otherwise expressly confirmed in writing, reservation deposits are non-refundable. Submitting an online enquiry, requesting an offer, completing a reservation form, or paying a deposit does not automatically guarantee vehicle allocation, delivery by a particular date, finance approval, or acceptance of a purchase order. Autorun may cancel or reject a reservation if:
  • The selected vehicle is no longer available
  • Incorrect pricing or vehicle information was displayed
  • Required documents or payments are not provided
  • The transaction cannot be completed for legal, regulatory, compliance, or operational reasons
Where Autorun cancels a reservation for one of these reasons, any eligible amount paid by the customer will be refunded in accordance with the applicable agreement and UAE law.

7. Finance and Insurance

Vehicle finance, leasing products, insurance, payment plans, and related financial services may be provided by independent banks, insurers, finance companies, or other third-party providers. All applications are subject to the provider’s eligibility requirements, credit assessment, documentation requirements, policies, fees, rates, and final approval. Autorun does not guarantee:
  • Finance or insurance approval
  • A particular interest or profit rate
  • A specific monthly payment
  • Insurance premiums or coverage
  • Approval within a particular period
Autorun shall not be responsible for decisions, delays, errors, rejections, rates, charges, or terms imposed by third-party providers. Customers must review and accept the relevant provider’s terms before entering into any finance or insurance agreement.

Any applicable offer terms will be communicated through the relevant advertisement, quotation, booking confirmation, or sales agreement.

9. Delivery, Registration and Lead Times

Any delivery date or estimated lead time provided by Autorun is an estimate only and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery commitment unless expressly confirmed in writing. Delivery may be affected by circumstances including manufacturing schedules, shipping delays, customs clearance, port operations, vehicle inspections, registration procedures, regulatory approvals, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside Autorun’s reasonable control. The customer is responsible for providing accurate documents and completing required payments and procedures within the requested timeframe. Delays caused by incomplete information, missing documents, late payments, finance approval, or customer-requested changes may affect the delivery date. Autorun shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Test-Drive Policy

Test drives are subject to vehicle availability, appointment confirmation, and approval by Autorun. Unless otherwise approved by Autorun, a test-drive participant must:
  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a valid UAE driving licence or an internationally recognised driving licence accepted in the UAE
  • Present valid identification and any documents requested by Autorun
  • Follow the instructions of the Autorun representative
  • Comply with all UAE traffic laws and road-safety requirements
Autorun may refuse, postpone, shorten, or cancel a test drive where necessary for safety, legal, insurance, weather, traffic, vehicle availability, or operational reasons. The test vehicle may be insured subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, deductibles, and limitations of the applicable insurance policy. The driver is responsible for traffic fines, toll charges, penalties, parking violations, and losses or damage resulting from negligence, reckless driving, misuse, unauthorised use, or violation of traffic laws. To the extent permitted by UAE law, the customer agrees to indemnify Autorun against third-party claims, losses, damages, penalties, or costs arising from the customer’s negligent or unlawful conduct during the test drive.

11. Warranty and After-Sales Support

New iCAUR vehicles sold by Autorun are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, subject to the warranty period, mileage limitation, maintenance requirements, exclusions, and conditions stated in the warranty booklet, owner’s manual, sales agreement, and vehicle handover documents. Warranty coverage may be affected by circumstances including:
  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Use of non-approved parts or accessories
  • Accident damage
  • Off-road use beyond the vehicle’s designed capabilities
  • Failure to follow the required maintenance schedule
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by external or environmental factors
Customers should refer to their official warranty documents for complete coverage details. Autorun will administer warranty requests in accordance with the applicable manufacturer procedures and UAE law. Submission of a warranty request does not automatically mean that the requested repair or replacement is covered.

12. Service and Maintenance

Service appointments are subject to workshop capacity, technician availability, parts availability, and appointment confirmation. The customer must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known faults, warning messages, damage, modifications, or previous repairs that may affect the requested service. Work outside the selected service package or scheduled maintenance requirement will be inspected and quoted separately. Additional work will not normally be performed without customer approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety or to prevent further damage. Service plans, maintenance packages, roadside assistance, extended warranties, and other after-sales products are subject to the specific terms stated in the customer’s purchase documents.

13. Vehicle Customisation, Accessories and Modifications

The availability of customisation options, accessories, exterior components, interior accessories, wheels, technology upgrades, and lifestyle equipment may vary by model and stock availability. Certain accessories or modifications may affect vehicle performance, range, safety systems, insurance, registration compliance, or warranty coverage. Customers should obtain written confirmation from Autorun before installing third-party accessories or making modifications to an iCAUR vehicle. Autorun shall not be responsible for damage, faults, safety issues, or warranty exclusions caused by unauthorised modifications or non-approved parts.

14. Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

Reservation deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by UAE law. After a vehicle has been registered in the customer’s name, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not normally be permitted except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by Autorun in writing. Approved refunds will be returned through an appropriate payment method after completion of the required verification and administrative procedures. Where applicable, Autorun will aim to process an approved refund within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, finance companies, government authorities, or other third parties.
